• Each additional hour: $150/hr for on-site notarization.
• Travel within 20 miles: included (parking/tolls billed at cost) for our notary services in New Jersey.
• Beyond 20 miles: quoted in advance.
• Optional witnesses: One $35 • Two $65.
• Our commissioned notary team, fully insured and background-screened, is ready to assist you with mobile notarization.
• We provide a mobile signing station equipped with seals, journals, and all necessary supplies for efficient notary services in New Jersey.
• Our queue system ensures that we can move attendees quickly through the on-site notarization process.
• We perform a final packet check and handoff for accuracy.
• For your convenience, we offer an optional same-day scanback PDF and carrier drop-off with a client label.
Request your date for on-site notarization (location, headcount, document types, preferred 2-hour window). Pre-event setup for mobile notarization (attendee prep note: valid ID; documents complete but unsigned; witness needs). Arrival & setup (15 minutes early). Check-in & verification (ID check; acknowledgment/jurat/witnessing). Quality check & handoff (optional same-day scanback PDF; carrier drop-off with your label). Wrap & report (brief summary to your point of contact).
EVENT PREP — SHARE WITH ATTENDEES
• Valid, unexpired government ID matching the document name
• Documents complete but not signed (sign with the notary)
• Any recipient instructions (acknowledgment vs jurat, witness rules)
• This event is wet-ink; RON is scheduled separately if needed
POLICIES
• 2-hour minimum; overage billed in 15-minute increments
• Parking/tolls at cost with receipt
• Cancellation/reschedule: ≥24h no fee; <24h base fee applies (creditable if rebooked)
• We must refuse if identity/capacity can’t be verified or documents are incomplete/unlawful

Who we are: Empire Notary™ / LegalTender NJ, LLC.
What we collect: name, email, phone, appointment details; for RON we use approved ID/KBA vendors.
How we use it: scheduling, service delivery, support, legal compliance.
Sharing: only with processors needed to deliver services (scheduling, payments, ID/KBA, shipping/courier). We do not sell personal information.
Retention: appointment records and RON audio/video retained as required by law.
Security: reasonable technical/administrative safeguards.
Your choices: request access/correction/deletion where permitted; opt-out of non-essential emails.
