Terms of Service

Services: mobile notarization, remote online notarization (RON where accepted), apostille concierge, and related services by appointment.
Client responsibilities: valid, unexpired government ID; documents complete but unsigned; truthful information; tech readiness for RON (camera, mic, stable internet).
Fees: transparent fees shown before booking; travel/witness fees as quoted; after-hours surcharge applies.
Cancellations/rescheduling: see Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refusal: we may refuse service if identity/capacity cannot be verified or if documents are incomplete or unlawful.
