Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: more than 24 hours’ notice—one complimentary reschedule.
Cancellations ≤24 hours: after-hours access fee is non-refundable; remaining service may be credited at our discretion.
No-show: 10-minute grace (RON) / 20-minute grace (mobile); access fee forfeited; new appointment required.
Travel/parking/tolls: billed as quoted or at cost with receipt; non-refundable once travel begins.
Apostille concierge: third-party government fees are non-refundable once submitted.
